'Star Trek' Reboot Fanart -- Photo Manip
Its been a long, long time since I’ve actually posted anything to my LJ. But then ‘Star Trek’ reboot happened, I became immediately obsessed, and here we are.
I saw a prompt at the awesomely amazing “Star Trek Kink Meme” -- OP Anon and some others wanted a fic with “Spock, at some point, in fishnets and high heels” (which I sadly don’t have the skills to write), but then I saw the bonus for some art of “ZQ!Spock in fishnets and heels” and I totally pulled a Chekov “I CAN DO ZAT!” So I did.

This actually wasn’t my first attempt. When I thought this was going to be simple, it actually gave a tough time. Finally I decided I would have to change the look of the original photo to accommodate ZQ’s marvelously highlighted cheekbones. Choosing the right photo was tough too -- lots of fantastic black and whites, but only a few color, not a lot showing off the fishnets and heels. The end result: ZQ!Spock on Frank’s body. Love the pose, lots of leg and boots. Something about the his face and that pose -- trust Spock to bring such regalness to crossdressing.
I've come to adore this picture in a weird way. I really hope the OP and others like it too ^_^
(PS - does anybody see A LOT of ZS!Uhura in this Spock? Maybe it’s just the eye makeup. In the process of making this I kept seeing a resemblance -- which maybe lead to me thinking that their mixed-species children would have the highest cheekbones and the most inclined eyebrows in all the galaxy. But I digress.)
Also? To my extreme pleasure, I noticed Franks tattoo of the number “4711” was showing on his leg in the photo. In the midst of playing with effects, I noticed the 4 started to look an outline of the symbol for Starfleet Academy !!! … and my brain promptly shorted out. Needless to say it is still there, albeit a little tweaking. EPIC DESTINY IS EPIC *grin*

IDK, maybe it looks more like an A, but if you look at it through "Star Trek" colored glasses...am I right?

The number '4711' which is tattooed on Frank's leg is the name of a European cologne (the original eau de Cologne, in fact) which was popular among gay men in the 1970's. It is still available.
