Mmm, I love steamer bag meals. Alton Brown has a few great pouch cooking recipes that I'd love to put to use again. Tilapia + couscous = OM NOM NOM.

The Pampered Chef sells black plastic steamer dishes for the microwave that do this very nicely as well. (along with pasta, stews, and other stuff that does not fit too well into a pouch)
