I really LOVED the Hand gesture she did as she was saying "...so I can pack up my things" and the glances they exchanged, it was as if he couldn't believe she would give all her hard work up for him and he was surprised/shocked by the whole thing, and she was looking at him with a -yes, I'd give it all up for you, og course I would, it's you, how could you ever doubt it-look.
And the closing telephone scene, I nearly DIED, I love how he has to call her in the middle of the night and I really really loved the whole dialogue especially the "Don't hang up part", he really needed to talk to her and then the "GOODNIGHT Cuddy" since when does House say goodnight to anyone (apart from wilson) ?

I need to rewatch those scenes like, NOW, since you're mentioning little things I MUST go back and look out for. Seriously, that hospital room scene KILLED ME. It reminded me so much of the OR scene in 4x02, but BETTER, you know? There was just so much... trust and respect in that moment. Perfection.
