As per normal, plenty of squeeing and general dorking out to follow. Not to mention a House/Cuddy photo story, because, dude. I think I found another new favourite scene - even though House and Cuddy rock too hard for words in every scene they share.

The OR scene will kill you ten kinds of dead when you finally see it for yourself. It's SO awesome. Really, one of my favourite Huddy scenes ever, and it's not like we haven't had some GEMS already. BRING ON THE SEASON OF THE SCHTUP, DAVID SHORE, YES PLEASE.
And the Do Me Pumps - suspect it's more to do with the fact that if LE didn't artificially enhance her height, Hugh Laurie would have to bend himself in two to talk to her. Clearly yoga does wonders for this woman's endurance. But yes, Cuddy and those do-me pumps? Our OTP isn't one for subtlety, is it??

Oh I don't care about being spoiled for eps that have already aired in the States LOL. Hanging around the boards, I'm going to get spoiled anyway. Besides, right now I'm so obsessed that the idea of not knowing what's going on is intolerable. I need my fix somehow till the new eps show here!
Not just the insane House/Cuddy adoration, of course (that goes without saying, hee). But the rest of it too - like the Cameron hatred. I really DID start liking her, kind of, towards the end of Season 3. No coincidence there that it was when she was hooking up with Chase, though even in the beginning she was so annoying about that and almost broke the poor guy's heart. But seeing her back in 4x02? Made me want to stab her newly blonde self in the eye.
Basically I've never been a Cameron fan. I just never warmed to her at all like I did to some extent with the others. From the get go I found her to be smug, pretentious and just dowright annoying. I can't recall when my absolute hatred of her kicked in though, but I have hated her for a while now. I didn't like Chase/Cam simply because I didn't like HER. She was a cold hearted bitch and Chase could do so much better. I don't know why he's so besotted in the first place to be honest. Can we kill her? Please? The show would just be like the BEST EVER then.
There is no chemistry there. I don't understand how the House/Cam people can just keep deluding themselves that there IS something going down when there isn't!!?!
Absolutely nada chemistry, they're more like father and daughter than potential lovers. Ugh, even writing that made me want to barf. I so don't get House/Cam people, there's NOTHING there. Nothing. They need to remove the damn tinted spectacles. I once saw an icon that said "House/Cuddy - because we actually WATCH the show" and I died of LOL and was so tempted to use it. But then I remembered how insulted and patronised I felt when Ron/Hermione shippers used similiar icons to wind Harry/Hermione shippers up in the HP fandom and didn't, because it's not nice. But still the sentiment stands. They're obviously not watching the same show as us!

It sounds amazing in the exreme. I get a tingly, happy feeling just looking at the caps. I can see it being a favourite scene of mine too. Oh yes, this will be the season of the schtup, the fact that it's already taken this long is ludicrous so dragging it out any further would be CRUEL. Just let the pair of them get laid with each other already LOL. Oh, and make millions of people very happy in the process. :D

Actually that's kind of true - she really did treat him quite terribly when he was just a fuckbuddy for her. But I do like how Chase wooed her and won her heart. I guess that's true - every shipper will think their ship is the OTP, and it must suck when the canon shippers get to gloat over everyone else. Luckily for me, I've always been a sucker for canon ships: I think I'd get remarkably impatient if I shipped something that had no chance at all of ever making it past first base. (Like, I get it and all, but House/Wilson? NEVER going to happen. So why cling to it? Embrace the HOUSE/CUDDY.) Must have been tough to be H/H when the R/H people got all uppity about their ship being the winner. :(

I think it's both. Lisa's a pretty tiny woman, and Hugh's pretty tall. But they're SO CUTE together and it's definitely endearing when they square off against each other onscreen.

It's so like sexual harrassment, except House totally LOVES it, I bet. Hee - no one else is quite as touchy-touchy with him as Cuddy is, which I think is quite fascinating. House ISN'T the kind of person who likes to be touched, he's certainly prickly enough for people not to generally want to touch him. But Cuddy just totally breaks into his personal space and grabs him. And he rather seems to like it. ;)

They're right up there with my favourite ships of all time (Mulder/Scully, Luke/Lorelai from Gilmore Girls, and even CJ/Toby from West Wing - which is actually my one non-canon ship), because the chemistry? I think all couples have chemistry to a point, but it takes something special to make a pair of actors stand out from the rest, another two picks of mine are Lost's Evi Lilly/Josh Holloway and ER's Maura Tierney/Goran Visnjic. Hugh/Lisa are DEFINETLY up there on that list, in fact I think they're taking top spot for me atm. They just blow my goddamn mind. Most amazing chemistry EVER.

I had a brief phrase of fangirling over Felicity Huffman from Desperate Housewives, and totally shipped her character Lynette with her husband Tom. So, yes, it BLEW MY MIND when Felicity and Hugh presented at the Emmys:

It's been ages since I've had so much fun, and written for fun again. It's such a joy to do that, and I'd forgotten what it was like. Yes!! Like how some of the more graphic House episodes come with violence or whatever disclaimers. For the Episode of the Schtup, it should say right upfront, "Parents, be warned. Your young children may want to avert their eyes as the chemical hotness that is Hugh Laurie and Lisa Edelstein interact, combust and explode in a nuclear reaction. Much kissage ahead."

Oh God yes, that would be so appropriate. They really should put it in. :P We're mature (haha) adults and it might kill us, so kids would never be able to handle it! LOL.
