I'M SO GLAD IT BROUGHT US ALL BACK. I HOPE ALL THE OLD GUARD THAT USED TO FLAIL IN THOSE GOLDEN DAYS OF SNARKY SEXINESS BETWEEN HOUSE AND CUDDY (OMG SEASON FOOOOOUR) CAN RECONNECT SO WE CAN ALL GET INTO SEASON 7 AT THE SAME TIME. I'll never ever get over that finale. I rewatched it so I can write my fic, and OMG I think it's even more epic the second time round. I was so shell-shocked from the experience the first time that I had no idea how to react. But this time, tears. Like, everywhere. Hugh Laurie is such a fucking god, I mean honestly. That scene when he tells Hanna to amputate her leg - I almost DIED, it was so amazing. And that kiss. I cannot ever get over that. EVER. I really hope TPTB pick up RIGHT WHERE THEY LEFT OFF, because I want to see them fumble their way through the first few days of their relationship, telling (or not telling) people, ALL OF THAT STUFF. OMG I AM SO EXCITED FOR SEASON SEVEN I CANNOT DEAL RIGHT NOW. I'm hoping at least for some sweetness and light and epic amounts of snarky adorability... before it all goes south (because I need to harden my heart and accept that this is very likely to happen). OMG EXCITEMENT.

Hugh Laurie is a master of art. The amputation scene just about killed me, telling Hannah to get her leg amputated was just beyond and then when she dies -- EPIC. JUST EPIC. He apparently has the power to make everyone cry in a second. That man knows no bounds. The epic fight between House and Cuddy was excellent too. Right when he says, "Reeeeally? Wow." I just died. And then I got so excited they were going to have the fight that's been coming since the infarction and alihao;wriha;lskjfal;dkfjalsdkf I can't even lol.

I HOPE THEY PICK UP TOO. AND I WANT THEM TO FUMBLE AND BE A LITTLE AWKWARD. I WANT THIS RELATIONSHIP TO BE A SECRET TOO. IT'LL BE MORE FUN THAT WAY AND I'M SURE THE BOARD WILL HAVE A PROBLEM WITH CUDDY DATING HER MOST PROBLEMATIC DOCTOR.
