I saw the show at the Westside Theatre for the first time just under a year ago - 17 days shy of a year, to be precise. So much has happened in the intervening twelve months, and I'm not exaggerating at all when I say that much of what has been good in the past year is truly due to that matinee performance on a freezing New York winter day in January.
Gee, but it's funny how the hours seem to go by so fast
I only hope that this time won't be our last
We want to see you again...
So thank you, show, and good night. It's been an incredible ride, and a truly marvellous year.
