a quite marvellous anniversary
1. I really have to go to bed, I have comments and my flist to catch up on, and it's so HOT these days I feel like I'm melting even though I'm indoors with the air-conditioning on. But I just had to say happy birthday to my little show that could, even though it's technically not even September 14 here anymore:

2. Instead of watching more ACTUAL episodes of Bones, I got caught in a Youtube loop of all of Emily Deschanel's appearances on the Craig Ferguson Show (most recent was just two weeks ago). Craig is absolute hilarity and I love it whenever he interviews my favourite people. And Emily is kind of adorably goofy (and just so impossibly BEAUTIFUL) in person. This interview - from 2007, so obviously no spoilers - made me LOL so. hard.
My FAVOURITE thing is Craig's suggestion for an alternate version of Bones.

3. Still on Bones: for those on my flist who watch the show and are fans... since I never followed Bones when it was actually airing, I didn't have all the season finale cliffhanger angst etc involved with Season 3. OMG, WHAT even was that last episode, I do not know. Was what happened to Eric Millegan's character really just... a plot twist that landed unfortunately for him? He didn't want to leave the show or anything? Man, the writers' strike sure effed up a lot of seasons that year - the whole big twist to the Gormogon thing is just... surreal. ALSO I WATCHED THE FIRST TWO EPISODES OF SEASON FOUR, AND ANGELA/HODGINS WUT WUT WUT. WHERE DID THAT COME FROM. D: D: D:
