My car--my first car, my car, my sidekick--went into the shop the other day, and I finally got the call: half again the assessed value just for them to do the disassembly and investigation to find out what's actually wrong with it such that it, you know, has stopped moving. Damn it, couldn't it have held out for just another year and a half?
It's been real, little car.
Now the New Old Car search commences. *facepalm*
