soy tripe
The local Vietnamese grocery store sells SOY TRIPE. Tripe, for those of you who have missed this delicacy, is cow intestines. (or is it cow stomach lining? either way, it's GROSS.)
Ok, I can understand starving to death and eating tripe. I can understand eating tripe as a child, and liking it as an adult. But I have a hard time understanding going vegetarian and MISSING TRIPE SO MUCH YOU BUY SOY TRIPE!!!
Please explain.
