Yay! This entry made me truly happy. A little more than four years ago I met my boyfriend on LiveJournal--we actually lived in the same city but never knew each other. I hate telling people we met on the internet but I guess we aren't the only ones. :)

Love comes from many places. As long as your open, honest, no bullshit right away, there's no reason things like that shouldn't work. It's when people try to make themselves "better" than they are, that causes the issue. No one's better than anyone else, it's finding the person who appreciates all the things you are, flaws included, that makes things right. When you find someone, and you act false, you get false love, I honestly believe that's why the divorce rate had been so high(I hear it's getting lower now though).
