Well, my bunny had litter and I just kept the runt but then he grew to be a giant. This was supposed to be a one-shot scene of them post-rescue and I didn’t even get there. There was far too much history to work through before I could ever contemplate their life after and even then I left so much out - Mr. Widmore, the whole army/prison escapade, Penny’s search etc. So this unasked for explanation is my introduction to say thank you because I never feel I do these two any justice but at least I feel I made you happy! I did hear the squealing but I thought you had bumped into Bon Jovi or something!

surely Locke can find needles in haystacks

Surely, however in this case, I don’t even think he bothered looking. He just used Desmond as an excuse and took off to see Jacob and possibly not come out.

If was fun to include Dan in this. I imagine he feels he would need Desmond to stick by him in case of side effects when he leaves the island. As for the inside of the tent, I imagined the blue shirt was hanging on the clothes line but it didn’t seem significant for Penny to comment on it until she saw him wear it.

you killed me again.

Death by Desmond - what a way to go. Desmond kills me too. Just when I’m on Penny’s side with how infuriating he is, he opens his mouth and says something that makes me forgive him completely. Yet he has no idea that he does this and that makes him all the more appealing.

I’m so happy the last scene worked for you. That was very hard to write. You know how I am with describing actions. Plus it’s the third time I had written them meeting and needed to be careful I didn’t replicate mine or anyone else’s version. I hope I accomplished that.

Thanks for the beyond awesome comment. Your enthusiasm made me squeal. Did you hear me? ♥♥♥♥♥

Well, the day you know I'm in New Jersey and you hear squealing I have probably bumped into someone, but if I'm not, you know the reason ;)

Someone really needs to write Locke/Jacob crackfic. *nods eagerly*

Of course the blue shirt needs to be on her owner for us to appreciate it properly.

Oh, Desmond. I guess we're two on that! *sighs*

You definitely did accomplish it and I definitely did hear you! ♥
