Last night Josh and I injected the turkey with the marinade so it'll be just right for frying tomorrow. I've never had fried turkey, but I hear it's the best.
I made the cranberry relish today. I don't normally like cranberry sauce/relish, but the recipe I got from my MIL is really good. I made the cornbread for the cornbread dressing today.
Cori and Frank will be in the New Orleans area for Thanksgiving. They're actually going down this evening for a wedding rehearsal/dinner. The wedding is this Saturday very close to the Superdome. Right next to were the Bayou Classic is. So traffic might be a bitch. BE CAREFUL this weekend, Cori and Frank!
Josh invited Warren over for dinner tomorrow. Warren is the plumber Josh works with, and his parents live in Denver. His brother and sister live elsewhere.
Christmas is only a month away! I'll be busy making 2 stocking caps, 1-2 shawls, and a scarf. And if there is enough time, some other things.
