A bully challenged
Today, one of those whacky mods from Gateworld, tried to shut down discussion on an email list I'm on. She denied it, of course, after she was challenged by another member. I wrote in response to a post that I knew a number of long-time Stargate fans who no longer join in conversations because they also like SGU and don't want to be made to feel like crap and a traitor for liking a television show. She wrote a whacky pop psych reply that I was allowing myself to feel that way (!!!!) and then went on and on as she usually does about people being allowed to criticise SGU. Then she told me I should find myself another list if I didn't agree with that.

And there's the typically nasty and mean spirited reply. When you talk about toleration, ******, you might want to take your own advice. Where did I say that SGU couldn't be criticized? Overreaction, much? Very, very nasty to tell me to find somewhere else based on what I wrote. Where oh where is Morjana? She, at least, has manners.
She didn't respond but then, when challenged the majority of bullies tend not to.
Morjana hasn't been heard from for ages. If anyone knows how she is, please tweet @morjana and #SGU and other SGU fans will pick it up.
