I know I know...
I know haven't posted in forever but well work wouldn't let me do so as I wasn't allowed to web-surf except on my breaks and so I had to sneak. That doesn't leave enough time to make a real post. Afterall who wants to stare at their computer during their break when they have been staring at it the rest of the day. So here I am finally posting something sort of normal.
So I got a new position at Crocs. My new title is Product Allocation Specialist. Which means I am no longer in the customer service department. Basically I will be working to get product to our Outlet stores. It is a brand new position they just created and I was put up for it by my boss and manager. I am super excited and today is my first day. The money isn't much better but it is more the opportunity and connections I will make with it. Since this is a new position the person training us isn't completely put together on what to train us on. Plus we don't have our new computers so we don't really have access to any of the programs we need. But that is okay. I am still learning alot and can't wait to get moved from my old desk to my new one even if it will be a bitch to move all my stuff. I have too much stuff at my desk. Oh well.
In other news things are going okay on the wedding planning front. We are running in to a few issues with things but nothing so big we can't handle it. I ordered my wedding Crocs today and it looks like they are shipping today or tomorrow. My dress is at the seamstress and I expect a call any day now to go try it on again. Mike and I hired some musicians for the ceremony and bought Mike's suit. Though he needs shoes and a tie. I am still trying to figure out what to do with my hair. I may ask our florist to add some extra flowers in to try in my hair. Not exactly sure what I want to do. So many decisions and so little time left.
This weekend I went to the Ren Faire with a good friend and her boy. That was fun. I am trying to convince Mike we should go this weekend for a couple of hours because I enjoyed looking around and there was some good shopping.
Tonight is Date Night. We are going to Beau Jo's.
Other than that things are pretty good. I hope all is well with everyone else.
