So I haven't written in a billion years
So things have been real busy since my last post almost 4 months ago. I got a job at Crocs as a phone customer service rep. I love working there. Sometimes the work isn't so great but the enviroment is wonderful and it's so neat to be working for a major up and coming company. I mean we keep selling record breaking days. And I get to have these great crazy people stories.
Mike and I are wonderful. We have settled down into a comfortable but not boring life. We see movies, we have a date night every week, next month we start swing dancing lessons, he gets to play WOW still and we are slowing making our new 3 bedroom apartment into a true home not just some bachelor pad or college apartment.
I am still playing Amtgard though Mike has gotten pretty burnt out on it. I got squired at Rakis and love my knightly family. Sir Jetara is my knight and while I might not be fighting as much as I want to I am still learning things, helping people and enjoying being there. I need to start sewing again but just can't seem to get the motivation up.
Being in Colorado is great. The sunlight definitly makes a huge difference in my attitude. It's been raining alot but even the cloudy days are bright compaired to Washington. Yesterday it was cloudy most of the day and I am still used to Washington where the cloud cover is so heavy I don't have to worry about sunburn. So what did I do. Got a pretty shade of pink on my face and neck. heh
Sometimes I do miss all the green in Washington and I definitly miss all the lakes and real rivers but the sunlight is defintly a worthwhile trade off.
So that is the quick and the dirty on my life just now. Hopefully soon I will have time to post more often.
