friday II: not too bad
Overall it was a pretty okay day, but I'm certainly glad that now I'm officially on my weekend. At work this morning we received several new trash cans that we'd ordered, and because my co-workers (okay, it was mostly the managers) are so mature, they spent plenty of time today having one person climb into the big box that one of the trash cans was in, then closing up the box and having the person pop out of the box to scare people. It didn't work very well but they certainly amused themselves in the process. Sarah (one of the managers) brought me a huge container of Tom Kha that she got last night when she went for Thai food. This was because of a conversation we had weeks ago about how much I like it, and she remembered and brought me some. How very nice of her, no?
After work I went to hang out in a coffee shop and finish up the armwarmers that I was making for Deano. Thankfully they're completely done, delivered, and paid for. Now it's on to other important projects, like making a vintage-inspired outfit for the Creepy Doll.
I don't know what we're going to do for dinner tonight. Julie's working til about 8, and we're both hungry already...
