How do you get the effect in 95, 63 and 67. Is it just erasing of textures or do you make the image into a brush and do it that way? I used to be able to do something similar when I had PSP but I simply can't work out how to do it in PS.

Which effect do you mean exactly, blending, layers? I use lots and lots of layers.

It's kinda hard to explain, it's almost like it's doubled and that the background is layered over the image, hmmm I don't think I can explain it more than that, sorry.

I know that in case of the green icon, I copied the background, put it on top and put a mask on it and then faded out stuff.

I'm considering taking my laptop to con and if I do I could show you...

very cool :) god.. maybe I should bring my switch as well....but then I'd really need a large suitcase. *g*
