Weird?

For the past two days, I've felt very disconnected from my body. I mean, like my right hand will move to run fingers through my hair, and my brain is suprised by it, like the brain didn't say, Hey right hand, touch hair. And when I lick my lips, that's the craziest feeling ever because the lips feel like they aren't my own. What is the meaning of this? Today in class we talked about culture shock. Is this physical culture shock, where my body is just unsettled in its new enviroment? If so, then why did I not feel it until now? The hands are mine, and the skin is mine, but they are unfamiliar with each other. For the first time, ever. Probably one of the strangest feelings physically, because it's just not logical that they would be disconnected, but they are, somehow. I don't know how else to explain this. Help? What is the meaning of this phenomenon? Theories are welcome.

And also, I love Callista Allene Bevins and I miss her terribly. I bet she would have a very logical explanation for this.
