Tomorrow there will be another Lunar eclipse. The totality will be visible from western part of North America to East Asia and most Australians and New Zealanders will see the whole thing. But not even a glimpse for Europe or Africa so all you'll have is webcasts. It's going to be the shortest lunar eclipse in this century so be sure to time it right -
totality will only last 4.7 to 12.3 minutes (depending how you count it due to hazy Earth shadow). Solar Eclipse on Equinox (not to mention Supermoon too), Lunar Eclipse on Easter - I'm sure it means something I just don't know what. Something with the end of the world probably. All I can see is English language alliteration (Equinox Eclipse, Easter Eclipse - all the Es in English).
I won't see the totality either. Too far east. And it's supposed to be cloudy and raining anyway. It's that sudden change of temperatures again. Last weekend the temperature dropped below freezing at night (it was -4oC) but than it got back to shorts weather by Tuesday (23oC). Colder Wednesday, warmer Thursday, hot Friday. It was 28oC today and it felt like summer. Someone was even swimming in the pool. But tonight weather changes again and tomorrow high temperature will be the same as tonight's low 18oC. That's 10 degree difference in one day! But I'm not complaining - that's actually great weather. I talked to my parents and it was snowing in Warsaw.
And that's with all the orkans that's just hit Europe (you know - the ones with hurricane speed winds we have there) -
Mike and Niklas one after another. My Easter weekend might be a little cooler but
Poland's forecast shows cold and miserable Holidays.
It's going to get warmer both here and there next week but while they going to have nice spring weather I'm getting an early summer. Forecasts show 23-29oC with occasional storm.
The dip in the Jetstream finally relented and only Northeast still has the cold. It'll also give the West respite from heat but not from the draught. Long term ones predict April warmer than average with possible extreme weather events.
There's been talk of tornadoes in the states near by too.
