Going back to a favourite place
Peter F. Hamilton is writing another novel set in the Commonwealth universe and this one is set inside the Void. This is most popular and my favourite of his universes - when anyone asks in what fictional universe I would like to live Commonwealth is on top of my list. His fan site the unisphere (Commonwealth term) has a first excerpt from the novel.
Below you will find an extract from Peter’s upcoming novel, The Abyss Beyond Dreams. This will be the first book in the Chronicle of the Fallers and returns to the Commonwealth Universe. Set in the Void, The Abyss Beyond Dreams details events on the other human habitated planet we learnt about during the Void trilogy.
This clears up some of my timeline confusion about the humans inside the Void.
Of course now I have to wait 9/10 months before he the book is out (probably more for US).
