Promises, promises
Two men in superhero costumes saved a cat from a fire. John Buckland was dressed as Batman and Troy Marcum as Captain America to teach kids “positive lessons” when they saw smoke and went to see if they can help. No one was home except the cat and it was saved. But all I can think is all those kids who just saw superheroes in action. That must really wrap the suspension of disbelief.
There might be movie adaptation of Greg Rucka' Queen & Country graphic novel series. It may star Ellen Page. I don't really believe it'll happen as film studio voluntarily making an action movie with a woman protagonist seems pretty unbelievable but it would be awesome if it'd ever happened.
Marvel is also maybe thinking of making more Peggy Carter shorts. It's not the same as giving a woman it's own movie but that's all we can get for now. And the first one was pretty awesome.
However, if another rumour is true there might finally be a female superhero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There are speculations that the talks Katee Sackoff had with Marvel where about playing Captain Marvel. Some of them go as far as to suggest she could have her own film.
Quick instructions on how to make a dragon. I always loved dragons but I have to wonder how they will keep the wing ratio and lift calculations for the ones big enough to carry people.
