So far, it has been no dream. My domain, edge-op.org, has been inaccessible
more times since switching to dreamhost.com hosting, less than one month,
than it was the previous 3 years.

There is no excuse for not keeping a Linux box running. If you can't figure
it out, there is a lot of help available. Lots of school kids use Linux and
would happily educate your "admins".

If the problem is that you are overselling your bandwidth, that contradicts
the claims made in your advertisements.

Your showing at

http://uptime.netcraft.com/up/graph?mode_u=on&mode_w=on&site=dreamhost.com&submit=examine

is nothing short of shameful. Such uptime is usually associated with
winidiots. (But then any business which makes all names, accounts and
passwords available via a web "panel" containing a complete history of all
email correspondence between customer and company has to be populated by
winidiots. Anyone with a clue would know that's just another opening for
vandals, giving them a way to break into multiple accounts via one
password).

From your website, when it is available:

"What do you get when you combine talented developers with courteous and
well-trained support staff? Fast responses, friendly service, and problems
solved."

I see no evidence of "talented developers". I see nothing "courteous" about
making false advertising claims to take money. Is the purpose of the
"well-trained support staff" to fast-talk people into overlooking the fact
that hosted sites are inaccessible? I have seen "problems" but not the
"solved". "Friendly" is worthless without the "service".
