It has been a long week. But I got everything I had to do done and then I went with my friend and little brother to watch the production of the Vagina Monologues being put on by the V-Day group at our school. Some of the pieces were really moving and other pieces did make me a little uncomfortable--mostly the ones about reclaiming the word cunt and witnessing childbirth because, um, despite everything I strive for in my life there will always be a repressed Catholic school girl inside me who's being lectured by Mrs. E or Mrs. C about the works of the Lord through my body in the most awkward way possible--over all I enjoyed it. It made me want to write.
I'm working tomorrow morning and I have to be up early to get my room in order since my dad's doing me the favor of painting it while I'm at work.
But right now: SLEEP.
