Maybe Adam is right... maybe I should start listening to myself and actually start doing (or not doing) everything I say I am going to do (or not going to do).
I always have so much to say and so much advice to give and I expect people to take me seriously... how can i really expect that when MY actions contradict so many of my very own words.
