Sounds like good praise to me! I'm so looking forward to this one, and not just because of the Jim Butcher story!

to my file of reviews of important UF works. Speaking of which, am currently reading & highly enjoying _Winter's Tale_. What a love song to New York!

I would have enjoyed it better if I hadn't thought it was a ripoff of Crowley's Little, Big.

I like it 10 times better than LB. By this point in that book I was bored out of my mind & just kept slogging through, desperate for something to happen. I'm having a great deal more fun w/ this one & finding it difficult to put down when my break is up.

Ah well, simple pleasures for simple minds. :-)

did you see Peter Beagle's little bump for Naked City on FB?

No but I saw Jeff Ford's and I think Rick Bowes's (or Kit Reed's). I don't think Peter shows up on my fb.

We're already friends but he doesn't appear on my feed for whatever reason.

I almost added "Ellen always does good work," but it's HIS post; didn't want to derail it.

I also keep wanting to tell Michael Kelly that I've bugged you to read "Stay," (from Chilling Tales), but think I'd better wait to hear if you like it first. :-)

OK, shower bound then bed. Sleep well & sweet dreams!

Good idea ;-).

I haven't gotten to Chilling Tales yet.
In the middle of reading two subs for a mini-workshop I'm guesting at next week.
