Bring on the snow!
Eight inches baby!!! I Loooooove snow. Cole invited me to hit up Sawmill Sunday to Snowboard... just might have to take him up on his offer!
Just thinkin about it gets me all hyped up!
Speaking of snow- maybe classes will be cancelled tomorrow, woo hoo! On second thought, I never thought I'd say this but, I almost hope they're not, just because it's our LAST DAY. Gotta go out with a bang. That's crazy... this semester honestly flew by.
Today didn't start out to be a great day... had trouble with my eyes again this morning, grrr! Then in Shakespeare I kind of had a little spill haha... and again about 5 more times in Oral Interp. Leave it to me ;-)
Anywho... work was CRAZY busy today... so much so that I had to recruit Court hahaha! That was the funniest thing ever, but God love her, she did such a good job.
"Lyndsay get over here, I don't know how to do all this citation stuff... that's your area not mine."
BUT... after it finally slowed down and people stopped coming in, we sat there for a few hours and cranked out our FINAL PAPER OF THE SEMESTER! Man did that feel good. Almost lost it too, cause I didn't save it right or something. That was a quite the scare. I just so happened to be on the phone w/ my Mom at the time and I'm almost certain she heard a few words she's never heard before haha.
After that we went to Wally World to pick up a few things for tomorrow and Sunday ;-) Didn't get hit on this time, thank gosh haha.
Random guy to other random guy: "Stop staring at her butt!"
Me: Court, why'd he say that??
Court: Well, did you ever hear the song "My humps?" Hahaha Ohhh how I love my Courtney Joy.
Then we got Dominoooooooes, yum.
Didn't really have homework to do tonight other than to read a few Civil War poems, how entertaining. Somebody please gag me with a spoon.
Watched 13 going on 30 with the roomie :-D so cute! I want a Matty of my own. Soooo hot.
Well, I'm actually gonna get 8 hours of sleep, I think... for the first time in like a month. Hah.
Oh, P.S. I had a pretty interesting conversation tonight, and let's just say that I'm really glad it occured, it def needed to.
A lot of things were worked out and a few other things were discovered. Girl talk...
So if there's one thing I can't stand- it's liars.
A little piece of advice: Never trust someone that talks a lot about their honesty. We all know that it's no fun at all to be lied straight to your face.
The sad thing is, I must be vulnerable because I actually believed what I was told.
Check it out: "You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time."
Anyways, tomorrow is Friday and it's gonna be so fun... so much planned! But for new, back to that shuteye.
