Didn't realize that I hadn't blogged on LJ in such a long time.
I was trying to decide if the past year has been a shitty one or not. In the last twelve months (since May 2013):- my Aunt L died (my father's sister)
- my Uncle F died (my mother's brother-in-law; we drove to Ohio to visit him in hospice and he died the night we arrived)

Checking In
So, I'm down here at the GWCC on the last day of the RA of the NEA. Hopefully this show will end around 7pm, and then load out begins. We have until Monday night to break all of hall B, the meeting rooms, etc. and get everything loaded on the trucks and out of the building. Sometimes, I Just Can't Let Shit Go
On Friday, I told Lynn that I would be at the barn on Sunday between 2:30 - 3:00 to ride. She had made arrangements for a "S" candidate judge to come out to the barn to do a "ride-a-test" clinic at 4pm. Vacation. How Sweet It Is.
So I got up, got the Squid up, and went to work. I signed in at 8:01.
I signed out at 8:14.
I am officially on summer vacation.
Went to the barn, and rode Riley. Came home and dealt with the bank and Verizon. Went to the gym. Went to the library. Came home, ate lunch, and took a nap. I actually cooked dinner for the second night in a row.
