We moved into the new school today. Ick. I want my high school back. This new building is a combination between Blake and the childrens' ward of a hospital. Ugh. It was about 1,000,000 degrees in most of my classrooms today. Really disgusting

He says that he doesn't like to do it this close to the end of the year, the last days before finals, because he thinks we need to focus on preparing for the tests.
Then he made me sit down across from his desk in his new private office (I had to be telephoned in by the secretaries) and gave me a lecture on the school's policy on shadowing, how it's purpose is only to give "students seriously interested in transferring a flavor of what we have here" and about how I can't "abuse" the privilege by setting up a "social event". So I couldn't really then lie and tell him you were thinking of transferring because all of our friends know you're not and if it ever got back to him, through him or other teachers overhearing conversations (and I do have teachers who would feel it their duty to report me), I would be totally screwed for lying to his face to break school rules right after he thoroughly explained them to me. Yes, he and his rules are anal, but I don't want to be put in that situation.
He is leaving next year, and I did not mention your name, so you are not "blacklisted" or anything. I don't know, maybe the new one will be more laid back. I'm sorry, and I did try, but I don't relish the thought of getting in serious trouble with Gibbs and the administration.
