Alrightey, since I'm waiting for 2 youtube vids of Wentworth Miller to load & Fatma asked for an update, here I am! Ooh one of the vids is already 100% loaded, but I'll continue with this, because once I watch that, I won't be able to complete this entry haha :D Aqilah & I have officially become fangirls of Went! Haha we were even talking about his ears just now!! Hee Went & I both have kinda pointed ears YAY! :D Oh how I love his voice when he speaks! It's really soothing! And he speaks so well too, okay no surprise seeing how he was an English major at Princeton. And how he sings! I can't stop smiling whenever I play that vid of him singing with the Princeton Tigertones! Haha I didn't quite expect him to sound that way hahaha. And it makes Aqilah jittery and giggly hehehe :D But anyway, he has that sort of voice that sings old songs really well! I want to see him sing now haha, he refused to do that with Regis! Man I can't imagine if he actually sings it personally to us haha :P Beyond our wildest imaginations haha!
Ooh, Aqi, you think I'm weird for thinking Mahone is kinda hot?? Look at what I found in Television Without Pity's recap of S02E02!

Since we're still on the subject of our royal highness, Wentworth, I bought Prison Break Season 1 dvd on Amazon.com a couple of days ago since it was on a 50% sale! Actually, I wasn't supposed to spend anymore for the whole of this year since I already blew away over $100 on Amazon UK! But umm, you know, I was on a Prison Break & Wentworth Miller high that night, and I just decided to check out Amazon. And it was the cheapest I'd ever seen so umm I couldn't resist. Hehe. Sooo...once we're free again and feel like having another marathon, we can watch it again! Right right, Aqi?? :D Man I still want to get my hands on the whole Gilmore Girls series though but the price hasn't been reduced...and I'm broke too haha. But no more shopping for the rest of the year! Darn it, I knew I shouldn't have started online shopping :/
And just when I resolved to stop spending money, I found more and more things to buy! Lipglosses from YSL & Chanel, eye pencil & possibly mascara from Chanel, toner & moisturiser from La Roche-Posay, those shoes from Aerosoles! ARGH!!!
On a sidenote, Mark sounds so cute on this song, Shine! Hehe it's really upbeat too! Hehe it makes me smile. OOHHH YEAH! Life interviewed Mark and he said they hope to perform in Asia next year, so I'm hopinghopinghoping so much that they'll hold a concert right here in Singapore!!! I'll be the first in line to get the ticket! And you'll accompany me, right Aqi?? :D And don't look at me like as if I'm crazy when I wanna shout, "I LOVE YOU MARK OWEN!!!" okay? Like you did at the King of Convenience concert haha!
Anyway, went out with Fatma on Tuesday & Wednesday. We met Shaan for lunch on Tuesday at Sofra! Haha reminds me of killersmile :P Anyway, the Adana Kebab (Lamb) tasted so much more nicer than the other time I had it! Ok maybe it's because I was damn hungry and didn't eat at all prior to that haha. We took part in this mini-competition where we got free Apple tea from Sofra and a clue which led us to the toy shop but the shopowner was out for lunch, so we hanged around for 5mins before we gave up haha. Wonder what the prize would have been! Ooh Fatma finally had her White Chocolate with Raspberry drink from Godiva haha. It does taste milky! Haha I remembered how you were so upset that day when there wasn't any and my suggestion to buy Bubble tea didn't help at all! Yesterday, we met up with Zak & Asy for lunch at Pizza Hut! Haha catching up with old friends on both days were so much fun, all the reminiscing! Went to town to catch Flags of Our Fathers, which was good but pretty gory. Man I hate violence and gore! But I think Prison Break has helped increased my tolerance level for them. ERGH I HATE THOSE SCENES THAT REMOTELY INVOLVES T-BAG'S STITCHED-UP HAND!!!!!!!!!! I had to cover my eyes in those scenes because I just couldn't take it! And all those blood, all those killing! It made those scenes from the movie half as bad haha. Ooh yeah, when we went back to Taka afterwards, I saw Amy Mastura, pushing a stroller and with her maid and kid in tow! She's soooo petite! But she seems to be in a serious mood, I actually half-expected some camera to be filming her in action haha. She was pretty dressed down too.
Also, I'm going to Trengganu from Saturday-Tuesday for a family vacation! Balik kampung after 8 years! Man that's a LONG time. I just wish more of our relatives could've followed us along...and that means you too, Aqi! Have to pack tomorrow and then charge my digicam batts, get the other memory card from my bro and clear all the pics! I'm quite excited!
Anyway, my iTunes has been getting lots&lots of airplay from these 2 guys - James Morrison & Paolo Nutini! The latter is this 19-year-old Scot of Italian descent. He's a very pretty boy haha. He's got some nice feminine features :P And both of them sing so much better live than on the CD, which is really something!! I'd buy their live, acoustic album in an instant! I love them UK blokes! Got Paolo's album on Sunday when the family went down to Borders so I didn't have to pay for them haha. It was the only piece left! Anyway here's their vids! Give it a listen, trust me! :D
