I am in awe. I got misty eyed casting my vote today. I sat anxiously with friends watching the news on a 13 inch tv, all of us at this one house, because, well, none of the rest of us have TV's.
AND HOLY FUCKING SHIT. EVERY.SINGLE.PERSON.I.VOTED.FOR.WON!!!!!!!
This is uh-ma-zhing!
In one breath we find out that Obama won Virginia (so so so close) and then, Obama won THE COUNTRY! It feels pretty fucking amazing to be linked to that moment, through my oh-so-always red state.
And now, I relax, and wait for the other initiatives to come in. South Dakota, Colorado, Arkansas and California, I'm thinking of you, and because obviously I am one fucking huge ball of luck, sending you my love.
It's not over, cause it never is. But it's better. Totally better.
