Bonjour from Paris
Hey Yall,
Greetings from Paris! I am actually here! Finally done with school and off backpacking through Europe with my BFF- what a major blessing to a crazy past year! Today we went to Sacred Heart Cathedral, Notre Dame, The Opera House and St. Chapelle. It was great... I can't even describe how amazing God is and how He is glorified through the works of art and structures. Then we went to the Luxembourg Gardens which were beautiful. After that we went to an English speaking Church... so how we found it is really cool and an answered prayer. Yesterday I was flying from Frankfurt to Paris and got placed in the back of the plane. The girl next to me spoke English very well so I asked her why she was traveling. She said she was coming back from N. Africa and was on Stint with Crusade in PARIS! IT was so awesome and she told me about an English speaking church and gave me her number. So we went and got lost and then she got us (her name is Heidi... and she is from OHIO- she is restiniting so please pray for her!). The message was from Matthew and was about finding the Gentiles around us and sharing our lives with them. It is so cool because we are on this trip with Gentiles ALL around us and are able to share. Afterwards we went to dinner at a French resturant which was great! I loved it! It was sooo yummy and we had some good Rose wine! We had great conversation with the people from the church we went with and I loved hanging out with them. I will post more later. Please pray for us these 3 weeks and Heidi too! Have a great day!
