Honestly, I just removed ConfigFree and now it seems that it is working perfectly. I'll give it a week.

well yes, but for all i know you could have upgraded from XP to Vista and still had your pre-installed progs on it.

Vista took me FOREVER to get used to, but now I'm all sorts of lost in XP. The only thing I still seriously hate is the freaking shadow copy thing, but people keep telling me if I switched over to linux or a mac, I'd see the folly of my ways.
