Since I haven't had a proper update in... too long to remember, I figure I'll make one now, as I'm taking a break from Hatcher's painting. A proper update is kind of pointless, because most of the people reading this know how my life is going. Oh well. Ignore this if you wish.
So, I got my grades today. Hurrah for me, I earned a D during my first semester of college. And in what class? ENGLISH. MY MAJOR. (I switched majors for those of you who didn't know). However, it says I still earned the credits, so I don't think I have to retake it. Thank GOD for that, because I really didn't care much for that class. Especially for John who said stupid things like, "Well, I don't think testicular cancer can spread to your lungs and brain..."... WAY TO CORRECT THE GRAMMAR OF THE SENTENCE, ASSMUNCH. Blarg.
Christmas break is among us. I love it. I love Christmas. But it always happens like this: I get so excited for Christmas during the first couple weeks of December, and then before I know it, it's three days before Christmas and I'm like "WTF!" But I still love it. Oh fuck, I'm an asshole. It was my cousin's birthday and I forgot to call. GRRR. This always happens, too. I remember people's birthdays up until the DAY of their birthday.
With that note, happy belated birthday to Mollie! <3 Now you can supply the beer! Just kidding ;) I hope your birthday was filled with tater squirrels and messy margins!
Speaking of Bianchi. So, my 2D class. I turned in two projects late, and didn't even turn in my final notebook... And I still managed a B. How is that possible? Because Bianchi is INSANE. I wish Gaarden was insane, too. Then maybe I'd have a B instead of a D in English. Fuck that. She gave us stupid prompts anyway. Write about a concept? WTF IS THAT?! So... Harry Potter. Ah yes, that's where my life has been lately. But God bless it, really. It's what helped me realize that I need to write, because ever since I started reading the books, I realized how much I missed writing. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is coming out on July 16th! You other Potter fans: Who do you think the Half-Blood Prince is? My vote goes to Hagrid. Why? He's a half-blood, and a prince (since I ruined this for Aimee, I'm comfortable writing about it). Remember? His mother was a queen. So, Hagrid is therefore a prince. Maybe I'm being too obvious, but I still vote Hagrid. Besides, Jo said that events from the second book were going to have a lot to do with the sixth, and there was a lot about Hagrid from the second book. Aragog might even make another appearance. Mostly, I'm just looking forward to how much of a twit Malfoy's going to be now that his dad's in Azkaban. <3 Malfoy. He's so evil and dumb. "Take my hand and you will become evil." HAHA. My biggest paragraph out of this update is about Harry Potter. You can see where my priorities lie.
Now I'll shut up. Before I continue on a Harry Potter rant. Ta!
