Blahhhhhh

So I honestly think it's realistic for me to lose like 10lbs in less than 2 weeks. I do have a faster than average metabolism and if I was guaranteed it then I think I could do it. I just have to be more determined. I am such an impatient person when it comes to this. I want to see results right away. When I don't I eat something.

It's gotten to the point where if I start eating something then I just can't stop. So why bother eating anything?

I thought I would never say this but I'm debating on going on a liquid diet for a week and see how that goes. It's something I have never tried before. I'm not even quite sure what kind of liquid drinks I should get, when I go grocery shopping tomorrow. Something that won't make me hungry and maybe has vitamins in it. I don't think I would last on just water and green tea.

Oh well we will see how that goes tomorrow.

I would love feed back on that though. Some ideas. Or maybe tell about how your liquid fasts worked out for you. Ok I should go to bed now. :) :) :) :) :)
