Charity work warms the heart.
Okay so yesterday my family and I went to zee burbs to do charity work--some feeding program to the less fortunate for the Yuletide season.
Lol. It was my first time to get exposed to those stuff and at first when I heard we were like practically going to feed the poor I was like, AH! You won't even like to hear my reaction. Lolz, I totally wasn't charity work's number one fan.
But when we went to the site, WOW. Just wow. I can't even describe the feeling of knowing I HAVE helped them. It was very...satisfying, seeing the smiles on the lil kids' faces and all those "bless you"s from the mothers. It was so comforting, I tell you. It warmed my heart.
I hope everyone realizes how much of a change a little generosity can make.
