For the second time in two days I have seen a cooking show where they have fried cheese. I don't know about everyone else but I have never tryed cheese that's fryed on its own or crumbed and then fryed. I think it sounds disguisting! So here is my grilled cheese rant. The only rightful place for any kind of cheese to be cooked is on pizza, pasta, shepherds pie, cheese on toast, toasted sandwhiches, crumpets, english muffins, scones and mousetraps. Cooking cheese just on its own is unacceptable. Ok, it's outta my system now. I'm done, continue with your lives people.
