Ugh, why do people have to be so rude?
I'm in the process of writing a monstrously epic fic over at fanfiction.  Its up to 61 chapters and I'm barely halfway through with it.
In the beginning I would get tons of feedback and positive response.  And of course like all stories it died down a little.  But I tried to remain positive.  And then I begged

Don't worry about it, I've said/written stuff in the past that came back to haunt me too. I'm not familiar with that fic, but I just checked out the comments.
You know what I don't get, is why people read fics that they know they wont like. You know like a pairing or theme that they don't like to read about. Why read it then? Just walk away. You know that Im a huge LoVe and DoVe fan, but I don't go trashing other people's ships. And if a fic has something that bothers me I just dont read it, even if its one of my fav authors, I'd rather skip it all together than risk hurting their feelings. Plus there isnt a law saying you have to read it. And I know this might sound shocking to some, but that is why they have these things called 'summaries' to give people an idea of whats to come. *gasp* Crazy I know. ;)
I can definitely see why you were upset about that especially with it being in a comment which makes it public. Ive gotten notes like that but always in a PM.
Ugh people suck sometimes.
But all this ranting and the pep talks are definitely making me not hate this day so much.
So thanks again for that!
