Progression...
I went in to the bar Saturday night. I got my last paycheck, paid my tabs, got my W2 and handed in my keys. Not a word was spoken of my alleged thieving. What a surprise, there were no videos.
GameStop has me on for three shifts this week, which isn't much, but it's much more than I've had, so hopefully that bodes well for the future.
I took Mistoffelees to the vet on Friday, he got his second set of shots and deworming, he's now 4lbs. My little tinyfluff is getting big already. >_< Right now he's hiding in my hamper, playing with Zephyrus. They get along really well and it's adorable. Zephyr is a moose, he's going to be such a big, stocky cat. He's not even a year old yet, but I'm sure he weighs about 12 pounds. Mistoffelees seems like he's going to be a thin and wiry cat, and his stripes pattern keeps shifting as he's growing.
I don't think I mentioned this before, but my second rat, Walter, died 2 days before I left for Georgia. He had a tumor that appeared and grew too quickly to do anything about. My adorable little rattatas are no more, but the guinea pig Roxy lives on to spite me.
This past week I didn't have much to do, plus we were snowed in most days, so I pretty much just played a lot of WoW. Today I'm supposed to buy fabric and drive somewhere down near DC to help a local dance troupe make pants for an upcoming event. I'm hoping helping someone else make something will give me a kick in the ass to be a bit more motivated. >_< I've had no desire to do anything lately. I want to cosplay for Katsucon, but there's just nothing that I feel like making and I don't have any friends nearby who are cosplaying, either, so I just don't see the point. I'll probably just be bringing old costumes again. :/
I am very much looking forward to seeing people at Katsu, though. If I do end up moving to Savannah, I may not be at Otakon, so this might be my last chance to see people for quite a while, and I plan to make the most of it. <3
