The Other Half of Vanella

HAPPY 22nd BIRTHDAY VALERIE ANNE LUISTRO!

At this moment, my blockmates are celebrating Val's birthday at their house while I'm here at home, alternating between watching Bubble Gang and typing this birthday entry. I could imagine them having the time of their lives, eating tita May's homemade spaghetti, and later (or probably now), they'd be at Cubao X for Aya's exhibit. I miss my blockmates. y.y

I consider Val as my best friend in our block for many reasons:

1. I get along with her pretty well.
2. Val + Ella = VANELLA.
3. She makes me laugh even if she has no intention of making me laugh.
4. She's actually willing to put up with me.
5. She's very sweet.
6. She cares genuinely.
7. We almost have the same sense of humour.
8. We used to have male counterparts (Remember Bartolome Diaz and Ramon Rivera V?).
9. I love her. :D

Val is one of the few friends I intend to keep until the day I die. She's a gem, and she had definitely been a blessing in my life. I'm very grateful that Val and I became really good friends in college. :D
