Because EK is Awesome Like That

VICTORY-QC APPRECIATION DAY!
Where: Enchanted Kingdom, Sta. Rosa, Laguna
When: January 30, 2010 Saturday

Because our pastors, campus missionaries and staff appreciate us. :) We appreciate you, too!

And as promised (promised whut), I give you the EK pictures! 8D

Left to right: Ella, Yandel and Joei

It was ridiculously hot that day. Good thing, I have a scarf to cover me. Thanks Piolo! :D And I'm not thanking Piolo Pascual. I have a student who is named Piolo and he gave me that scarf.

Left to right: Ella, Myka, Adre, Sarah (who took the picture), Mico, Paul, Jeric, Luke and Ryu weren't able to join the picture because they're so far like that.

Ride no. 1: Rialto. It was an Odishon moment for me. Ho-hum. I was kind of prepared to be thrown away while watching Speed Racer. Too bad that didn't happen. Masaya pa naman siguro yung adrenaline rush na 'yon.

Ride no. 2: Log Jam. IT WAS SO AWESOME BUT I GOT SCARED BUT STILL IT WAS AWESOME! All caps kasi ganyan siya sa ka-awesome. Too bad I wasn't able to take a picture of us lining up for that ride. I got so distracted with little boys and girls lining up for it also. Tapos, hindi pa waterproof ang camera ko so wala talaga. :-|

Ride no. 3: House of Horrors. FOR THE WIN MAN. Not because it was scary but because Sarah and I were so brave, she stayed in front and I stayed at the back! We sandwiched the boys. I've never felt so brave in my entire life. But it could've been better if Myka, Dia, Adre and Jeric went in with us. It wasn't really scary. The audio was scary and the ates and kuyas inside were just funny. Surprising, yes, but not scary. And yes, the image above is our after picture. See, we were all happy after that. 8D

Ride no. 4: Rio Grande. And that's Adre after taking her bath. XD The line was ridiculously long. Sad to say, even if half of my body got wet, it wasn't as intense as I expected it to be. Nasaan yung rapids? Ni hindi ko man lamang na-feel. Para lang akong nag-Splash Island pero naka-damit hahaha. And if you're wondering how long the line was, it's like UP's enrollment queue times three. Insane.

Ride no. 5: Flying Fiesta. It was also awesome and Mico was full of win. It was a good thing Adre and I sat behind Mico because we were able to witness his awesomeness during the ride. And this is my kind of swing. I wish playgrounds have their version of the flying fiesta.

Ride no. 6: ANCHORS AWAY! IT WAS ALSO AWESOME! 8D The long wait was worth it and letting other people ride it first was worth it. We all sat at the two ends of the boat, which made it all the more awesome. I wasn't screaming, but I wasn't poker-faced either. Surprisingly, I was laughing the whole time we were there because the ride was very... uh, ticklish in the stomach. IT WAS FUN AND IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND I LOVED IT MORE THAN I LOVED ICE CREAM.

If the queues weren't so long, we might've probably rode loads of rides (like the Wheel of Fate and the Roller Skater), but we weren't the only ones in the place. I was so glad I ended up with Sarah, Adre, Myka, Jeric, Mico, Paul, Luke, Ryu, Justine and Dia the whole time we were at EK. :D

Sabi nila, lahat ng second time, masaya. You know, love is sweeter the second time around - Lovers in Paris. Marahil, totoo nga. :D Second time ko sa EK. Bonggzy! 8D Next time ulit!

victory peeps, almost photoblog, things that made me happy, victory-qc, chummy
