Dancing should never occur on Sundays. I had to go to the studio for a staff dance number practice. This was the first time that I had practiced dance (other then sacred dance at Hope) and I didn't do as bad as I had thought. It is a fun dance number done to a song, "Talk to the Animals." Have of the staff will be Veterinarians and the other half will be animals. The animal that I shall be is.....the COW!!! Surprise, surprise, lol.
To be at this dance rehearsal I had to miss my cousin's bridal shower. I hightailed it to the shower after practice so I could at least catch part of it, but everyone was long gone. I had to change out of my dance clothes in my car and I got some strange looks from passing cars, lol. Although all of the guests had left, my mom, aunt, gina and gina's aunt were still there, so I was just in time to load up all of the gifts. I'm glad I was able to help with something, I was feeling guilty about not being there.
No one ate my cupcakes. Oh well, I can bring the extras to work or something. My mom made this chicken salad and placed it in scooped out roma tomatoes-mmmm. Chickeny goodness right there.
I made a wedding user-pic, so people can skip right over all of this maid of honor stuff.
