6. Where are you most comfortable writing? At what time of day? Computer or good ol' pen and paper?
I'm most comfortable writing at my desk in my room, mainly because that's where I always write. There are no distractions here because I spend so much time here anything that would be distracting has already been fully explored. Different places often make it harder for me to concentrate. As for time of day, I prefer morning, around seven or eight. The whole world feels excited at that time of day. Unfortunately, I hardly ever get to write at that time of day. Most days I have school, and when I don't have school, I'm so tired from a week of school that I sleep until nine and miss it. So I usually write at night after my homework's done, usually around nine at night.
And the answer to the last question is computer, definitely. My ideas just flow so much better when I'm at the computer. My handwriting's ridiculously messy, for one thing. If I ever want anyone to read what I've written, it's going to have to be transcribed to the computer anyway. And handwriting is so hard to edit. If you decide that you don't like something, it's stuck that way. And, oddly, I'm just as likely to make typos when I'm handwriting as when I'm typing. I always forget letters or words or turn a letter into a different letter.
