KAT-TUN rant (well not exactly, but close...-ish...)
So, I'm still pretty hyped over 'Don't U Ever Stop' and now I can barely wait for the PV to appear in May. From the little clips I've seen it's gonna be awsome (but all of their PVs are)!!! I think it was filmed BEFORE Kame's dreadful new haircut and that makes me happy :D, and I wanna see it like NOW so I can understand WHAT THE HELL is in Jin's hair (it kinda looks nice, but it make's him look even more like a girl...). And I think Tat-chan's gonna have glasses in it (Tat-chan + glasses = <3<3<3). And I like Junno's new, short, haircut :D. Koki and Maru look the same but I still like them :D.
Oh and one more thing about the PV....... there are....Girls....WTH??? Since when are there girls in KAT-TUN PVs????????? (The chibi one in 'YOU' doesn't count.)
On to the Solos.
Kamenashi Kazuya - w/o notice : Umm....... I don't know what to say.... it's nice.... but, really, it could have been better. 'Someday for Somebody' is like at least 5 levels above it. Even '16 Seconds' was better....
Akanishi Jin - LOVEJUICE : I don't get some people's reactions to the song honestly. It's Jin. The title and the fact that he wrote the lyrics should have been enough warning to how it was gonna be. Especially after 'Ha-ha' (which btw, I LOVE!). At least his pronounciation seems better than usual. Anyway, I like the song a lot (can't wait to see how it's gonna be in concert :P)
Taguchi Junnosuke - Natsu no Basho : This is..... nothing like I expected from Junno. I actually like his solo for once. (I just hope in concerts he's drop the cosplay for once...)
Tanaka Koki - PARASITE : Now I wanna know why people say this song is "so like Koki" when it's too damn Rock-ish and close to nowhere near Koki's usual Rap-ish style. (I liked "Make U Wet" better.)
Ueda Tatsuya - Ai no Hana : I like the piano. I like that it's a ballad. It's super nice to listen to. The one thing I don't really like is Tat-chan's higher notes...... I don't know what others think but in my opinion he should stay well away from high notes (and don't get me wrong, I lovelovelove Tat-chan). It's not as good as 'LOST' or 'Love in Snow' but I like it.
Nakamaru Yuichi - SMACK : How shoud I put this?....... Maru never ceases to amaze me! I loved "My Weather" and "Key of Life". Now this one is my fave of this round of KT solos. Well done, Maru.
