You're awesome. No, really! I mean it! You're awesome! And if you managed to get matched to me, well then. We should probably be friends. And that starts with me telling you that you're awesome.
So, let's start with some general things. First, I'm pretty easy to please. I'm going to give you a lot of thoughts about my current fandom choices, but if you have a great idea that doesn't quite fit, that's okay. Do what you will. I think I'm going to end up pretty darn excited anyway.
But let's start with my dislikes, just to get those out of the way. I not really a fan of character death, torture, whump!fic, non-con, incest, abuse, mpreg, de-aging, genderswap, abuse, or things like that. I just generally like my heroes acting like heroes.
I think the most important thing for me is characterization. That being said, it doesn’t mean it has to be a character driven piece, just that the way the characters act in the fic should be true to the way they would react in the show / book. Of course, there’s still a LOT to play with.
I have some favourite tropes that you could include or not -- they don’t work with all the prompts, but it shows the kind of person I am. I think that secret relationships are pretty much the most fun thing ever. I love when the characters are undercover, and have to act in a way that they don’t usually, or have to pretend to be a couple. I love silly situations that have the characters grasping at straws to establish normality, or yelling matching that end up in revelations or telling of secrets.
I love witty banter, flirting, sarcasm, and snark, (as long as it fits with the characters). I prefer plot to porn, but that doesn’t mean I don’t like the NC-17 stuff! It’s just that I want there to be a reason for it, not just random generic sex where you could interchange the names and not notice the difference. I like there to be a purpose for it in the story. I prefer canon couples to not, but I really love f/f pairings. Yep, big femmeslasher here, and there aren't a lot of opportunities to really see that on TV, so I take it where I can get it. In general, I don't usually get a lot of the m/m pairings that are popular.
I like character driven fic, plot driven fic, fluffy stuff, drama ridden stuff... really, I like most things. I’d say to stay away from BIG AU stuff or genre fusions that I haven’t mentioned here (even though I DO love that stuff, but probably not for these prompts). I’m not a fan of crack!fic either. I love post-eps and other POV fics, as well as what-if fics and future fics.
In general, I’ll probably be very happy with whatever you give me. I’m easy to please. And really, fic in ANY of these fandoms are sure to please.

Defiance
Stahma, Kenya (& Amanda, though technically not a request)
Let's just pretend Kenya's not dead, okay? OKAY?
So, to start, I'm fascinated by Stahma. Most people are, right? I shipped Amanda/Stahma before the show even started (and really do still love that pairing, so if you want to run with that, go right ahead), and then the Kenya came and -- well, I didn't mean to ship it that hard. The story of a fangirl's life. SIGH.
But basically, I think there there is so much more to Stahma than what she shows to everyone else, and I'd love to see more of what happens when she just allows herself to want (Like, when she says to Kenya that "I want things too."). I also love the Kenya and Amanda sister relationship, and even though they don't always agree with each other, that Amanda will ALWAYS have Kenya's back is a very important and strong relationship that I love.
Gallagher Girls
Bex (& Abby, though technically not a request)
I'd love to see some sort of future fic, something from after high school graduation and after the Circle has been brought down. Currently, I'm really curious about Bex. Just as with Cammie, Bex's life is all planned out for her, but she doesn't have the same support group when she goes back to Britain as the Gallagher Girls do in the US. So, what happens when she goes back and works for SIS? I think that without an equivalent Gallagher Academy in the UK, the spy game is just a much bigger old boys club than what she was anticipating.
I'd love to see how Bex deals with the expectations thrust upon her from her parents / her superiors that just expect the family name, and what life is like without the rest of the Gallagher Girls. (and if you want to make Bex queer, then I am ALL about that too.)
I also think that Abby's relationship with the girls is one of the most important and also one of the underdeveloped, so I'd love to see Abby mentoring Bex.
Orphan Black
Alison, Felix
Alison is my favourite clone, though really, it could be any of them. But, currently, I'm the most interested in her friendship with Felix. Why do they get along so well? Why does Felix do so much for her? What does Felix see in her that makes him accept her as just as much as a sister as Sarah, when he hasn't really done the same for Cosima?
I'm also interested in Alison's version of friendship. Aynsley was her best friend before Alison got paranoid, so what did that look like? What did her friendship (relationship? Sure! Go ahead!) with Beth look like? How did each these three friendships that we've seen Alison have differ in her approach to them?
Hustle
Stacie Munroe
Basically, I'm just in love with Jaime Murray and would love to see more Stacie backstory. A fun little gif on tumblr made its rounds a little while ago where Stacie smirks at DS Hodges, and a good friend commented that maybe they had a "previous... acquaintance?"
Or, Stacie is clearly just as brilliant as Mickey (maybe even more so?) and she has no desire to lead. Why? Where did that come from? And how did she make the jump from being a small time short con player to playing in the big leagues with Mickey?
