A saw a meme in alliecat8's journal, and since I desperately want to procrastinate, I decided memes are fun. And so,
20 facts about me that you probably don't need to know
1. When I write, I listen to classical music.
2. When I do math / practice calculus, I listen to trance.
3. I have a part time job shelving books at the campus library so I can pay for gas in my car.
4. When I work I listen to broadway musicals.
5. I have an obscene love for broadway musicals, and have over 4.5 GB of musicals on my computer.
6. Because what I have on my computer isn't enough, I'm listening to a broadway internet radio station.
7. I took musical theatre class for 10 years, and probably explains my love for musicals.
8. Everyone on my dad's side of the family has musical talent.
9. I play the piano and the flute.
10. I'm an incredibly optimistic person.
11. I like hockey, and cheer for the Vancouver Canucks.
12. I love to travel, and desperately want to travel to New York.
13. I don't like pets. If I wanted something that constantly needed my attention, I'd have a kid.
14. I'm a packrat, and my room is so messy right now that there's basically a path from my door to my bed, and I can't see my desk.
15. I want to clean it, but have NO TIME.
16. I used to be a spoiler whore, but I was spoiler free for the season end of Alias season 2 and was SO surprised by the ending that I decided that being spoiler free was more fun. Especially for JJ shows.
17. The very first thing that I was every spoiler for (before I even knew what spoilers were) was for Professor Arturo's death in Sliders.
18. I LOVED Sliders, and now have seasons 1 and 2 on DVD.
19. My desktop right now is Idina Menzel / Maureen from the Rent movie.
20. The last book that I read was Wicked, by Gregory Maguire. It's fantastic. Read it. Love it.

1. Driving alone and hooking up my iPod to my tape player, and singing musicals at the top of my lungs.
2. When between November 1st and November 11th, everyone wears a poppy.
3. The first snowfall of the year, when the big puffy white flakes fall and you catch them on your tongue.
4. When my cousin's baby smiles at me. (She's almost 7 months)
5. Getting a roll of film developed, especially when you have no idea what's on the roll.
6. Dancing. All the time. Even when the music's only in my head.
7. Chocolate Milk.
8. When a good friend pets your hair.
9. Learning about international development.
10. Crowded malls around Christmas time.
