(no subject)
It took me over a week to start feeling like a normal person again, and I still don't have full range in my jaw. Having your wisdom teeth out HURTS!!! A LOT!!!
Anyway, this is sort of my "I'm still here!" announcement. Because really, I am still here. Well, I'm here until Saturday when I start my trek to Calgary for a week for the most amazing student group / NGO conference ever! (This is mostly because I'll be getting a lot more information about my internship in Ghana at the time, but it will seriously be fantastic.) (Torie, I'll be emailing you this week with more details. YAY!)
Also, one of my all time best friends got engaged, and I'm walking on air right now I'm so excited for her.
One of my other fantastic friends was just in New York, and took my advice to see The Drowsy Chaperone, and said it was the favourite show that she saw. She also went to see The Apple Tree, and brought me back a playbill and a shirt. I both hate her for seeing Kristin Chenoweth in the flesh and love her for bringing me back presents. The shirt is really sparkly. It makes me happy.
Today was a good day.
