Flooding...Rain Go Away...
So we've had 7 - 10" of rain in the last 24 hours with the majority of that coming down in the last 3-4 hours. The pond behind our house is up to the first row of trees (still has 5 - 6 ft until it's in our backyard).
We lost a fence panel and the trees in the backyard need to be set upright again (same as after Ike). There's been some localized flooding down here in the streets. Radar shows a bit more coming our way, the storm seems to have developed a rotation if you watch the radar loop.
Will post pictures once the camera is charged...and an update as we see how high the pond gets.
Edit: Storm is gone and water levels are close to normal in the ponds (yeah for fast drainage). Looks like the water was up about 3 - 4ft in the pond at its highest.
