like I can barely turn my head to the left at all! and not much to the right either ...looking up or down hurts too.... yup pretty much moving my head in any direction actually fucking hurts like mad.... even holding still it hurts to be compleatly honnest! hahahah

must have slept *really* wrong I've woken up with a sore neck the last few mornings (before I washed my hair so it's not just the extra weight of it having been wet either) hmmmmm
