Ah yes, it's break and I'm bored and being lame. Good day today . . . boring night last night . . . boring night tonight as well. This shit needs to shape up.
1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before? Hmm . . . I danced my first show with a professional company, FOR PAY. Actually a really big milestone, now that I think about it! I was fifteen.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? I don't think I even made any. And no, I won't again. There's no point when I know I won't keep them.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? Yes, Abbe's mom gave birth to beautiful baby Molly, who always stares at me in the car on the way to ballet. Loveher.
4. Did anyone close to you die? No. Thank goodness for that.
5. What countries did you visit? Ghana, Italy . . . Nigeria
6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005? A letter from the summer program of my choice that says "We are pleased to offer you a spot in the 2006 Summer Course." That would be nice.
7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? June 30. First night in Ghana.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Adjusting to a brand new country, continent, family, lifestyle, and culture. Learning to love all of it.
9. What was your biggest failure? Letting certain friendships decay to a point that's almost beyond repair.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? Ugh yes, tore my Achilles tendon in late January. It was terrible.
11. What was the best thing you bought? My Uggs. Yes, I'm a trendwhore, and yes, they're the most comfortable and warm shoes I'll ever wear. I also think they're pretty cute.
14. Where did most of your money go? Food, and . . . food. Jeez louise.

Sex and the City Night! 16. What song will always remind you of 2005? Hmm. I have to say "Hide and Seek" by Imogen Heap, because I always think of singing with Lili and Lorne and Jose in Andrew's car after PALs training.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? Turned sixteen. I went to school, then ballet class, then I came home to a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from my love, and ate cake with my family.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? I don't know. I actually got all the validation I needed.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005? If Mary-Kate wore it, I'm game. Haha, the thing is I'm actually serious. And I actually looked amazing.
34. What kept you sane? My friends.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005: I don't have a lesson. I just learned how to chill out about things and that's when they started to go my way.
