dude, ever since i read this entry i've been jonesing hardcore for some pickles, so i picked up a jar at stew leonard's this evening......... holy crap, they ARE that delicious and refreshing!

also, how is it that you are the only livejournal user who lists "the magnolia bakery cookbook" as an interest?!?! i think it's an effing sweet interest, and go you for being the only one.

I LOVE STEW LEONARD'S. i've only been there twice, but they were both magical. i would love to buy pickles from there. i'm glad you realized the Joy of Pickles -- do you like dill? or the other kind? and yeah, i think it's PREPOSTEROUS that no one else lists that cookbook. people do not know what they're missing.
